Faringdon Folly Tower was built in 1935 by Lord Berners, owner of Faringdon House. The Tower is 100 feet high and affords panoramic views over five counties.
The Tower is open 11am-5pm on the following days:
- 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th April
- 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th May
For 2025, the Tower will be closed June, July, August, September and October for repairs.
Adults: £3.00, 11-16s: £1.00, Under 11s Free

The Tower is available for private parties and events.
The Folly woodland area is always open and entry is free. It is privately owned by the Faringdon Folly Tower Trust. It is not public land but we allow the general public to have permissive access.
Dogs are welcome in the woodland. Please pick up after your dog. The dog bins are at the start of each path.
The fields surrounding the Folly woodland are private property and farmed by a local farmer. Please keep off.
