Booking now open for this totally unique workshop, written and delivered by me will take you on journey over full 6 weeks of Breath Awareness Meditation. Suitable for individuals who are completely new to this type of inner work and those more experienced.

Influenced from the practice of Engaged Buddhism we will explore meditation, mindfulness and breathwork to develop new skills and a new mindset to help us live a less anxious and stressful life and one with more purpose and optimism.

It is a fully immersive experience where you will experience stillness and calm to bring you to a place of new beginnings. A great preparation for the busy festive period and new year ahead.

  1. What’s it all about? – We will explore both breathwork and meditation, what are they, what do you need to do but most of all, what do you hope to gain. We will look at the simplest forms of breathwork which are also the most important.
  2. This point in time – I aim to help you identify your current challenges, obstacles or purely identify the place you are at now, emotionally, mentally and physically.
  3. Gratitude – This week is about being grateful for all that we are and all that we have. Often a challenge when you are in a difficult place but learning how to be more mindful will help this.
  4. Accountability – This is where the work truly begins and it’s not for those that don’t want to take responsibility for their own life! A deep dive into your own actions and reactions. – Note that this is not shared within anyone else.
  5. Release, rest and reset – This week will take us to a place of conscious connected breath (or Wim Hoff style) breathing. Research suggests this can help release trapped emotion and trauma and can help the nervous system reset.
  6. Going deeper – A personal reflection on the past 5 weeks. Finding your purpose and where to go from here. A gentle round up to the workshop and a celebration of the work you have done and new place you find yourself.
